How is this different from therapy?

This isn't talk therapy or generic coaching. I use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques to identify and rewire the unconscious patterns that are keeping you stuck. It's practical, tools-based and designed to create shifts fast - not years of talking in circles.

What if I've tried coaching before and it hasn't worked?

Most coaching focuses on goals, habits and accountability. And that can be great. But if your unconscious mind is running programs that conflict with what you consciously want, no amount of accountability will stick. This program tackles the why behind the self-sabotage - so the changes actually last.

Is this just for fitness or body image stuff?

Not at all. While I have a background as a PT, this program is designed for all areas of self-sabotage - career, relationships, boundaries, decision-making, confidence. The same patterns that stop you going to the gym are usually the ones stopping you backing yourself at work or setting boundaries in your personal life.

What if I can't make on of the weekly sessions?

Life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, just let me know well in advance (typically 48 hours) and we'll find a time that works. You'll still get all 4 sessions - we'll just adjust the timeline.

Do I need to have done mindset work before?

Nope. This program is designed for people who are just starting to explore this stuff, as well as those who've done some work but keep hitting the same walls. I'll meet you where you're at.

What's the 14-day guarantee?

How much time to I need to commit?

The sessions are typically 60-90 minutes per week. Between sessions, you might have small exercises or tools to practice - usually 10-15 minutes a day. This isn't about adding more to your plate; it's about rewiring how you think so everything else gets easier.

What happens after the four weeks?

You can stop - you'll have the tools to keep doing the work on your own. Most people choose to continue into monthly coaching (2 calls per month + WhatsApp support) to build on the progress and keep momentum going.

Can I ask you questions between our sessions?

Yes. You'll have access to me via [email/WhatsApp/your preferred method] between sessions. I'm not available 24/7, but if something comes up, you won't have to wait a week to get support.
